Cover Me! is a custom book jacket service for art-loving bibliophiles. Respondents to my open call were invited to submit requests for an alternate or replacement dust jacket for a book they owned and/or loved. Each jacket was made to-scale and illustrated in a style or medium I think suits the book, although I did give people the option to request specific motifs or imagery that they thought would be important for me to include. The book jackets were given to their respective respondents upon completion of the project. A total of 5 book jackets were made for 5 books: The Pillars of the Earth, Persuasion, Unruly Gods, The White Book, and The Joy Luck Club.
